I ordered 4 magic mugs. Great quality of the printing. The customer service was also very nice. I made a mistake in the address and they were prompt in replying and correcting it.
However, the ordering process could have been a bit smoother. After adding the item in the checkout basket, it was not possible to edit the order. Please work on the possibility to edit the order from the checkout basket.
Overall, I am very happy and satisfied, and will order from here again.

This product is decent. The print quality was fine. However, the packaging it came in wasn’t pleasant at all . There was no proper card board box, just rectangular styrofoam all around the cup, which doesn’t make it look nice to gift it to someone. You definitely have to gift wrap it. Delivery time was relatively quick too. Overall it’s pretty nice tho
